Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because all items are custom made-to-order, orders are sent to production immediately after purchase.

  • Fulfillment/Production Time: Standard production takes 2 to 5 business days before your item is packaged and handed off to the shipping carrier.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard USA Shipping: 3 to 6 business days

  • International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days (depending on destination and local customs handling)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is generated.

4. Shipping Address Changes & Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once an updated address is confirmed.

5. Customs, Taxes, & Import Fees (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by your country's customs department upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
